My brain almost exploded. Supergroup is an understatement. This latest collaboration of masterminds sees Dave Grohl of Foo Fighters, Josh Homme of Queens of the Stoneage and John Paul Jones of Led Zeppelin fame team up for a new venture under the title Them Crooked Vultures. First of all I love all of these men very much and their work for each of their respective bands, so when I first heard about the collaboration I had high expectations and they did not disappoint me. The first single New Fang is a killer track, and along with this teaser for the album release, featuring a song called Gunman ... I am completely sooooold. I can't wait to here the album in its entirety. Due to be released on the 17th of this month, and I'm going to be first in line.

Brazilian born photographer, with no formal training ... just a natural eye and vision for the beautiful. He dropped out of a Political Science degree to work at Index Magazine, and bravo I say ... best career decision ever or these may never have seen the light of day. He says he is inspired by colour, and listens to Bowie ... evident in his latest portfolio of works call "Love and Before, Green and After" .... I love them so much, I couldn't decide which ones to put up on the blog. I highly recommend checking out his website. His work has been published in New York Magazine and Urban Outfitters latest lookbook.

Ohhh how I'm enjoying the messy sidebraid at the moment, its making me feel all summery (I kind of hate that this part of Aus doesn't really get to have Spring). The style was mixed up and rocked out in various forms throughout fashion week, from schoolgirl, to the corn rowed-lochness monster rendition at McQueen. Im no Alicia Keys though so when I attempt this look I think ill stick with the basics a la Wang.
